Following up on recent news about Zen Space and Club Mystique, we continue with more festival news, as OT301 returns to this year's program from ADE Wednesday till Sunday.

The Overtoom venue is set for another brim-filled (and diverse) ADE line-up. Kicking things off will be Alta Cumbia Nite on Wednesday the 16th, which sees Mexican DJ duo Panchita Peligro and Sonora Mulata delve into the ever-present though emerging sounds of cumbiathon, baile funk, and dub.

Dutch drum 'n' bass empire Blackout is ready for a rowdy Friday during a rare intimate showcase that features the likes of head honcho's Black Sun Empire, Multiplex MC, Nymfo, Ordure and Pythius, while Saturday welcomes the seventh consecutive ADE appearance by DUB Explorations. The latter promises an action-packed night with Cut It Dub, Ishan Sound, Sun Collective and Twilight Circus, that lays bare the seminal role dub has played in the creation (and evolution) of electronic music.

Sunday rounds off with the downtempo sounds of the Brasil-Berlin collective Voodoohop and Amsterdam crew Esoterica. The event's early hours will be opened with a movie showing on the rise of Voodoohop and the Sao Paulo scene in the early 2010s, while the party will be kicked off with a keynote, exploring a collective and conscious approach to a new kind of clubbing.

AADE
Additionally, on Thursday you can find AADE (Alternative Amsterdam Dance Event) lean into a more experimental groove at the former Amsterdam Film Academy building. Know V.A. and Lena Willikens will DJ while Barros & Boutique case, Dymph, Karel and Radio ParkPlatz are performing live. Amsterdam Alternative is a joint project by independent, non-profit venues in the city, and though it's not an integral part of ADE itself we embrace their initiatives. Spread across the week you can find AADE gracing Cinetol, De Nieuwe Anita and OCCII with events and programming. Check out their website for more info.

About OT301

OT301 is the building of the former Amsterdam Film Academy. It was squatted almost 15 years ago and has been transformed into an autonomous platform for fine arts and visual arts. The studios are very often the arena for performances, concerts and cutting edge electronic music. Styles vary from techno to tropical, and other adventurous new genres. At previous ADE editions the venue hosted artists like DJ Marcelle, Habibi Funk, Kléo, Steven de Peven and many others.
