Following up on news about Shelter and Ponton, we continue with more festival updates as Ruigoord has got some noteworthy events coming up.

Pornceptual will kick off the program on Friday, October 18th. They are known for combining the worlds of art, sex and underground music and have been doing this for 6 years in many cities around the world. A Pornceptual event means exploring sexuality and celebrating body positivity, fetish and freedom. At ADE, they will be presenting a line-up consisting of Emilija, Kyoso, Jamaica Suk, Project Gestalten and The Lady Machine. The Ruigoord church and its secretive spots will be fully used for themed performances and experiences.

Dutch events series Multiversum by Comport Records and Ritter Butzke, one of Berlin's underground clubs, join forces on ADE Saturday. Experience live sets from Animal & Me, Booka Shade & Dominik Eulberg and Matthias Schuell in a setting surrounded by visuals. The night will be completed by residents of Multiversum & Ritter Butzke including Dansor, Prismode & Solvane.

The Ruigoord program will be closed by Trance Orient Express. At their monthly events, the aim is to represent various sub-genres of Psychedelic Trance and to create a bond between international and local Psytrance communities. Their nights go along with lively, psychedelic visuals and lightning. During ADE it will be no different with a line-up featuring Back to Mars, Chaakra, Daksinamurti, Kliment, THD and Tulpa.

About Ruigoord

Ruigoord is a creative village surrounded by an industrial harbor in the far western part of Amsterdam. In 1973, under the threat of tearing down the village by the surrounding companies, a group of artists climbed the trees and refused to leave. After weeks they finally prevailed and were allowed to stay. Ruigoord has since become a small but flourishing community. It has been the source of many major Dutch creative movements and continues to play a central role in Amsterdam’s underground art scene.
