Venues & Promotors
Would you like to host an event during ADE as part of the ADE Festival program?
Registrations for new venues have now closed. If you would still like your event to be part of ADE Festival, you will need to partner with one of the official ADE venues to host your event. If you have any further questions, please contact us at [email protected].
Make sure your venue/events has:
✓ a valid operating license (exploitatievergunning).
✓ an approved safety plan for organizing dance events.
✓ an environmental permit or a municipality-approved usage notification for the fire-safe use of the location for the dance event.
View the complete overview of terms and conditions for 2026, set by Gemeente Amsterdam.
If your venue/event does not comply with the terms and conditions, registrations may be withdrawn at a later stage.
Artists
Are you an artist and would you like to play at one of the ADE Festival events?
Good to know is that ADE is the ‘umbrella’ of all participating festival events and venues. This means that ADE oversees the programs the venues/promoters curate, but we do not make the actual bookings for the events' lineups. Therefore, we unfortunately do not have an in-house booker that we can connect you to.
We advise you to reach out to venues/events yourself, as this will increase the chances of being booked. When you’re booked at an official ADE venue, you’re automatically part of our full ADE line-up. View the announced ADE 2026 venues here.

FAQ
ADE is the umbrella organization for all participating festival events and venues. This means that the festival tickets are sold by the promoters independently. We advise to source the contact details on the venue's or promotor's website to contact them directly with your question.
ADE Festival tickets are sold individually by the festival event organizers, but you’ll also be able to purchase them through the ticket links on the event pages on our website here.
Yes, the ADE Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events.
Be aware though that there are over 1,200 events during ADE that you can enter with the Pro Pass wristband and that ADE cannot guarantee access. There is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for Pro Pass holders. This means for some of the more crowded events you have to arrive early. Once capacity is reached, we will go over in a full-for-now policy. The festival event organizer will decide when and if more people are allowed to go in.
The ADE Pro Pass is the perfect fit if you are planning on enjoying the combination of day and night events. If you want guaranteed access to a particular festival event, we advise you to get a single festival ticket.
Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.
Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!
