Amsterdam Dance Event (ADE) is the most upfront, influential and educational gathering for electronic music and its industry. With its conference, festival and educational breeding ground, ADE is able to create not only the biggest yearly industry tent-pole moment, but also a solid foundation for future generations of electronic music professionals. The event exists of a total of more than 1,200 events in 300+ locations across its multidisciplinary program of five days and nights. With a record number of 600.000 visitors in 2025, during ADE Amsterdam truly breathes electronic music.

ADE is organised by the Amsterdam Dance Event Foundation, a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to nurturing electronic music, its culture and its industry worldwide. The organisation devotes itself to stimulating development, innovation and talent, gathering the global industry and laying a foundation for future generations.

We do not sell ADE Conference only or Day Passes. The only way to get access to the ADE Pro Conference is the ADE Pro Pass.

Yes, the ADE Pro Passes are personal tickets and therefore have to be personalized. It is mandatory to show your ID/passport during pick-up. Your items cannot be picked up by someone else.

Also, don’t forget to complete your profile details before ADE, to make sure we have the right information to prepare your personal badge.

In case you've bought an ADE Pro Pass, after personalization you'll get access to our online delegates database around August, you will be able to attend the full ADE conference, and you will receive a badge and wristband that grants access to the full ADE festival program.

Haven't received your ticket(s) or cannot find them? You can easily find them by following the steps on this page.

NOTE: This leads you to a page of the Weeztix website, where you can find your ADE passes, as well as some ADE festival tickets - only if the tickets of the event are sold via ticket provider Weeztix.

Cancellation of ADE Pro tickets is possible until one month prior to ADE, 20th of September 2027. Please be aware that we charge €25,- service costs, as stated in our terms & conditions.

Please mention the following details in your email: order ID, your name and the email you purchased the ticket(s) with.

When you make your order you can personalize your conference tickets straight away or decide to do so later. Please make sure to personalize your tickets as soon as possible to get access to the online delegate database and access to ADE in October.

Be aware: unpersonalized tickets will not receive access to the conference and events.

Once your ADE Pro Pass is personalized, it is no longer possible to change the name on (one of) the ticket(s) yourself. You can send a request to [email protected] to check the possibilities.

If you want to apply for ADE 2027, you can fill in the form here. If you're interested in contributing to ADE Pro or Lab, whether through a keynote, panel, workshop, or proposal for a relevant speaker or topic, we’re open to ideas with clear focus and industry value.

Article 53 & 54 of the VAT Directive include a specific guideline for (international) events, stating VAT must be charged in the country where the actual event takes place.

- Business to customers (B2C) services relating to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar activities will be taxed at the place where those activities actually take place [Article 54 of the VAT Directive].

- Business to business (B2B) services in respect of admission to cultural, artistic, sporting, scientific, educational, entertainment and similar events will be taxed at the place where those events actually take place [Article 53 of the VAT Directive].

Please refer to your tax advisors to check if/how the tax can be (partially) reclaimed.

As of ADE 2025, the ADE Pro platform access is live in the ADE App! Read more about the Pro Database here and download the ADE App to get the most out of your ADE Pro Pass and get to business on the Pro platform.

Currently the 2026 ticket holders have their year-round access to the database.

Good to know is that ADE is the ‘umbrella’ of all participating festival events and venues. This means that ADE oversees the programs the venues/promotes curate, but we do not make the actual bookings for the events' lineups. Therefore, we unfortunately do not have an in-house booker that we can connect you to.

We advise you to reach out to venues/events yourself, as this will increase the chances of being booked a lot more. When you’re booked at an official ADE venue, you’re automatically part of our full ADE line-up

ADE Festival tickets are sold individually by the festival event organizers, but you’ll also be able to purchase them through the ticket links on the event pages on our website here.

ADE is the umbrella organization for all participating festival events and venues. This means that the festival tickets are sold by the promoters independently. We advise to source the contact details on the venue's or promotor's website to contact them directly with your question.

Yes, the ADE Pro Pass grants you access to all ADE official festival events.

Be aware though that there are over 1,200 events during ADE that you can enter with the Pro Pass wristband and that ADE cannot guarantee access. There is a limited capacity that each venue can take into account for Pro Pass holders. This means for some of the more crowded events you have to arrive early. Once capacity is reached, we will go over in a full-for-now policy. The festival event organizer will decide when and if more people are allowed to go in.

The ADE Pro Pass is the perfect fit if you are planning on enjoying the combination of day and night events. If you want guaranteed access to a particular festival event, we advise you to get a single festival ticket.

Most festival events have an age limit of 18+ (and sometimes even 21+ or 23+). These are Dutch governmental rules which state that below the age of 18 you are not allowed to enter a club.

Please double-check the promoter's or venue's website to be sure you can access the event!

We dance together, so please be mindful of yourself and each other. We expect an open attitude from our visitors towards other guests, regardless of their origin, gender, sexual orientation, religion and age. If you see or experience any unwanted attention, harassment or behavior of any kind that makes you uncomfortable, please speak out and notify staff.
