De Marktkantine to host KOMPAKT Label night on ADE Saturday

Sunday, 14 July 2019
The Cologne-based record label will bring its familiar microhouse and techno sound over to Amsterdam with Michael Mayer, Nicky Elisabeth, Pachanga Boys, Roman Flügel and more.

Following up on the news about Dave Clark presents at ADE and DGTL announcing their full ADE program, we proceed with Kompakt's yearly takeover of De Marktkantine on October 19th.

De Marktkantine has already announced their first ADE event of the year with Reinier Zonneveld on Friday, October 18th and now proceeds to add another fine inclusion to their schedule as the Cologne-based record label KOMPAKT will host their label night takeover on ADE Saturday.

The evening will see performances from the Kompakt roster including Nicky Elisabeth, Weval and Gui Boratto. Superpitcher and Rebolledo will perform as the Pachanga Boys and have invited the Swedish Studio Barnhus affiliate Axel Boman to accompany them. KOMPAKT label head Michael Mayer will be wrapping up the night together with Roman Flügel.

About De Marktkantine

Built-in 1936 as a canteen for Dutch market traders, De Marktkantine has a dynamic history in music, theatre, and food within Amsterdam. It was restructured in 1950 as a theatre and functioned as a club in the ’90s when the dance scene began to evolve in The Netherlands. Recently renovated, the 3000 square feet building offers an array of dance areas and stages. Past ADE events at De Marktkantine included artists like Anii, Anna, Barnt, Fango, Fantastic Twins and Patrice Bäumel.
