Start your ADE by visiting one of the Info & Ticket Desks

During ADE, there are multiple places where you can exchange your e-ticket for the wristband. On this page you are able to check out where you need to go based on your ticket.

Note: all tickets purchased directly from ADE (ADE Pro & Lab) require accreditation pickup. The e-ticket alone is not valid, you must collect your wristband (and badge) before you can attend any conferences or events.

The ADE Festival and Arts & Culture programs are out-of-home productions, meaning these events are organized by external partners who manage their own ticketing. Please contact the individual events organizations for more information about their tickets.

Note: there are no Info & Ticket Desks open on ADE Sunday. Make sure to pick up the accreditation before Saturday. Please carefully check on which days and at what times you can pick up your accreditation.

~ There are two containers outside Felix Meritis where different Passes can be picked up. When facing the containers and standing with your back to Felix Meritis, please go to the smaller container on the right to pick up your Press Pass.This will also be clearly indicated on the signs above the containers.

~ ADE Green wristbands can only be picked up on Friday, the day of the ADE Green program.

There are various types of ADE Guest passes. Check the type of your pass in your account, in your ticket invite or confirmation email. Go to the Info & Ticket Desks where you can pick up your pass based on its type (see above).

~ Here you can pick up your wristband and badge if you are attending the Lab On Track program.

When you initially made the order, you would have received a confirmation email from [email protected] with subject line “Your ticket(s) for Amsterdam Dance Event 2026”. Click on “Visit and personalize my order” to access and download the pdf e-ticket.

Personalize your ADE Pro Pass during purchase or afterwards via the 'My tickets' page in your ADE account on the website or our ADE App. You can also Personalize your ticket through the order confirmation email.

✓ Collect your wristband & badge at one of our Info & Ticket Desks

Visit one of our Info & Ticket Desks to pick-up your wristband and badge.
You can find your e-ticket and QR code in My tickets on the website and in the ADE App! Your e-ticket can also be downloaded from the order confirmation email which you received after purchase.
Make sure to bring your ID/passport for identification when visiting the info & ticket desks.
