ReauBeau (NL)

ReauBeau is one of the most exciting artists in the future bass and hiphop scene right now. He has released on Spinnin’ Records, Trap City Records, Embassy of Music, Circus Records and Lowly Palace/Trap Nation to name a few, which made him grow extremely fast within a short period of time. His track ‘Dreams’ has been remixed by the mighty Tiësto, and he has received support from many of the great artists in the scene. His funky, hiphop influenced productions are always spot on. With shows at festivals such as Tomorrowland, Run The Trap, Aalborg Festival, SXSW, Bootshaus and Distortion Festival, ReauBeau has shown that he can play at major stages throughout the world. He has also been invited by the legendary Annie Nightingale for a guest mix on her show on BBC Radio 1 & Radio1Xtra, which is a true acknowledgement of his skills. ReauBeau’s sonic journey started at the very roots of his present future bass undertakings. Due to a strong love for hiphop during his formative years, his passion spurred into the restless fiddling and fine-tuning art of conveying finer (and often ineffable) emotions through the craft of composition. ReauBeau’s sound is a versatile blend of (future)bass and trap with a touch of euphoria. His ambitions encompass the general urge to reach and touch as many people as possible: “I want to move people and make them emote – essentially painting a canvas, or a movie scene in their imagination with music.” In 2019, ReauBeau expanded his musical influence with his debut EP which was released on Riotville Records, a guest mix at Benzi’s radio show, part of Diplo’s Revolution radio channel and a support show for Illenium at Bootshaus in Cologne, Germany. His release ‘Cut You Loose’ on Gemstone amassed more than a half million plays on Spotify within just one week. His release ‘Hustle’ on Embassy of Music was the debut of his first hiphop release as ReauBeau, for which the music video was shot in Los Angeles. ‘Louder’, which was initially released through TNC Music, has been re-released through Sony for Europe due to its huge success and with an EP coming up on Circus Records ReauBeau has a lot more in store for the year. 2019 also marks the year when ReauBeau releases his remix of NGHTMRE and A$AP Ferg’s track ‘REDLIGHT’ which is the soundtrack for the Need For Speed ‘Heat’ game trailer. The trailer video amassed over 7 million views on YouTube within just one week, and was trending globally on all the charts. ReauBeau’s career is not only flourishing through his releases, as he has placed syncs for brands such as Volkswagen, Deichmann, Tom Tailor, video games such as Apex Legends and Need For Speed and various movies and trailers, which show the true diversity and skill that ReauBeau has.
