Michelle Verhoef (NL)

Michelle Verhoef is Managing Director of Verknipt, one of the leading brands in the global hard techno scene. She joined Verknipt as an intern in 2017 and went on to work across marketing, project management, artist handling and event operations before joining the management team in 2021, as the company entered a period of rapid national growth.

As Verknipt rapidly expanded its event portfolio across the Netherlands, Michelle helped shape its strategic direction while leading the scaling of the organization and operations behind the brand. In 2023, Verknipt entered its next phase through international expansion and has since grown into a global event organization, now hosting 50+ events across nearly 30 countries - from intimate club shows to large-scale festivals, arenas and stadium raves.

As Managing Director, Michelle oversees Verknipt’s overall business and strategy, with a strong focus on international expansion, strategic partnerships and sustainable growth. Having grown alongside the company from the ground up, she combines nearly a decade of hands-on event experience with the strategic and commercial experience of scaling an event brand globally - while staying true to the identity and community at its core.
