Nika Brunet Milunovic (GB)

Nika Brunet Milunovic is the founder of Calm Nest Collective, a consultancy and design studio focused on sensory-friendly spaces, inclusive event design, and inclusive sustainability strategies for events, workplaces, and public venues. With over 12 years in the events industry and 7 years in corporate, plus lived experience as a neurodivergent founder, she helps organisations create environments where people feel calm, safe, and able to fully engage. Her work is guided by the Calm by Design Framework, a practical model built around sensory design, psychological safety, workforce wellbeing, inclusive communications, and regenerative event culture. Nika is also a social worker, PhD researcher, podcast host, and mentor, committed to making spaces a little kinder and more inclusive.
