Pay Williams is a music industry educator, cultural strategist, moderator, and artistconsultant with over 25 years of experience across music, media, and the creativeindustries. Her career spans performing and studio work, radio, music journalism,artist management, consulting, and international industry development.

As a journalist, Pay has interviewed leading artists and industry figures including IceCube, Nas, Freddie Gibbs, Little Dragon, Shanti Das, Wendy Day, Nicki Farag, and RobStone. She has hosted and moderated at international festivals and conferences,including Amsterdam Dance Event, and serves on the boards of the Auteursbond andAmsterdam Street Art Foundation. She previously served on the Supervisory Boardof the Melkweg.

Combining extensive industry experience with an MBA in Marketing, Pay advisesartists and creative professionals on strategy, branding, rights, businessdevelopment, and international opportunities. She has developed her own MusicBusiness curriculum and delivers masterclasses, mentoring, and coaching throughmusic institutions and international industry programs.
