Magafas (GR)

Mágafas is an Athens-based DJ, producer and founder of Exilium, with a sound rooted in raw, intense and driving techno.

Active behind the decks since 2018, he has developed his identity through both the Greek underground and international appearances, including Oddity Club in Athens, Der Hintergarten in Amsterdam, Tanzhaus West in Frankfurt, and Cherry Moon at Radar Event Hall in Belgium. Along the way, he has shared lineups with artists including Eli Brown, Bart Skils, Mha Iri, Marie Vaunt, Alex Stein, Nakadia, T78, Nusha, Marika Rossa, MOIA, KLOUD, Klaudia Gawlas, Mark Reeve and Spartaque.

As a producer, Mágafas has released music through Glory Hill Studio and Gain Plus, including “Happy Places” and “Distorted Circuit”. In 2022, he founded Exilium, developing it from an Athens-based techno project into an event platform connecting his own artistic direction with a wider community of artists and audiences. After spending time in Amsterdam and performing across Greece, the Netherlands and Germany, Mágafas is currently based in Athens.
