Luigi Monti Arduini (IT)

Luigi Monti Arduini has served on SIAE’s Supervisory Board for the past four years and has been re-elected for a further four-year term. He also served on SIAE’s Music Commission during the past four years.


In 1996, together with Federico Monti Arduini and Nicola Monti Arduini, he founded Café Concerto SRL, the first company in what would become Café Concerto Music Group. The group comprises three companies: Café Concerto SRL, Café Concerto Italia SRL and Café Concerto International SRL. Luigi serves as a member of the Board of Directors and as CFO.

In 2014, he co-founded Delights Entertainment SRL with Paolo Bigazzi Alderigi and serves as its CEO. Pierremaco and Delights have organised events and festivals, including the St. Moritz Music Festival for eight years and the Cannes Music Summit. Delights also handles public relations and the promotion of events and brands.

In 2022, he co-founded Roads Event SRL with Gero Carraro and serves as its CEO.

Luigi holds a diploma in accounting and the First Certificate in English. He speaks Italian, English and French.

An AC Milan supporter and electronic music enthusiast, he enjoys competitive skiing, football and tennis.
