Jo Vidler (ES)

Jo Vidler does not just produce events. She builds worlds with their own logic and their own gravity, then invites people to live inside them for a while. It is a distinction that has defined two decades at the centre of live entertainment, from co-founding Wilderness Festival and organising Secret Garden Party, to shaping Glastonbury's Shangri-La, to serving as creative director of elrow through its expansion into one of the most recognised dance brands in the world. She has also built experiential strategy for global spirit brands Absolut Vodka and Desperados, and joined the founding teams of Day Zero and Wonderfruit.

Jo trained as an artist before she trained as a producer, and that order shows. The events are the medium. The point is always the world underneath them.

Today, Jo brings that same instinct to AMFE, the culture and lifestyle company she leads. AMFE works with a small number of private clients worldwide, curating experiences, programming creative environments, and developing cultural ventures across music, film, and hospitality, including projects with Circo Loco, Arcadia Spectacular, and Cloudworks Entertainment.

As co-founder of AEON, Jo is extending that same philosophy into health: a physician-led health intelligence service built around one client's entire longevity ecosystem, sequencing specialists and interventions toward a single goal.

Beyond her ventures, Jo is a mother, mentor, and storyteller, driven by curiosity and a belief in bringing people together for connection and opportunity.
