Deeply rooted in the Johannesburg creative scene, Lesego Mohapi, better known as versatile South-African artist 2Shoes, represents a fresh generational outlook at the intersection of fashion, music and art, and an inspiring crossover curation blending culture and commerce on a global scale. He carved out his own lane in the cultural landscape with integrity and purpose and created a following across borders through his digital endeavors, international fine art exhibitions, collaborations with diasporic streetwear brands. As a DJ and producer he operates across house, afrotech and alternative R&B across many other influences, creating an internationally successful and highly energetic club sound. An inspiring and interactive conversation with a dynamic presence in the global creative scene, on his significant contributions to the intersection of music, fashion and art, his innovative approach as artist and curator that resonates globally, creating durable ownership and building his own worldwide creative network and heritage with authenticity.
