Sophia Kearney (GB)

Sophia Kearney is co-founder of inclusive collective HE.SHE.THEY. spanning label, clothing, events and brand consulting. As well as speaking at conferences globally, she is also artist manager of Maya Jane Coles, SYREETA, Emily Nash and Wax Wings alongside Steven Braines. Previously Sophia worked at ATM artists working across many departments on projects for the likes of Swedish House Mafia, Miike Snow, Jacques Lu Cont and Alex Metric. Sophia began her career at 21 after completing a degree on music at WME working on tour routings and bookings for the likes of Morcheeba, Macy Gray, Air and Goldfrapp.
