Stephanie Dettmann is an entrepreneur, founder, brand strategist and artist manager with a background in advertising, communications and brand building.

She spent 15 years in the advertising industry, working with leading agencies and managing major international accounts and budgets. This shaped her expertise in brand strategy, creative communication and positioning before she moved into entrepreneurship and founded the clean beauty brand UND GRETEL Berlin, shaping the company, its identity and growth for nearly a decade.

Today, she manages internationally renowned DJ and producer Marcel Dettmann, bringing her entrepreneurial and brand-driven perspective into artist development, creative partnerships and long-term positioning. Alongside artist management, Stephanie continues to advise brands and founders and develops collaborations at the intersection of culture, creativity and lifestyle.

Her work is driven by a belief in strong identities, creative thinking, meaningful partnerships and building brands and careers with a long-term perspective.
