Snooz (NL)

Snooz is a Rotterdam-based DJ and producer, with family roots in both The Netherlands and the UK. Through having played the drums at a young age, Snooz always had an underlying passion for music.

Having been introduced to the electronic music scene within the Netherlands, Snooz quickly fell in love with the scene, enjoying genres such as House, Techno and eventually laying his eyes and heart on UK garage. He quickly picked up DJing and hasn’t looked back since.

Since then Snooz incorporates many sounds throughout his sets, including but not limited to, UK garage, techno, house, prog house and elements of jungle. He has shared the stage with the likes of Jamie 3:26, Artmann, Floris Fahrenheit, Passion Deez, DJBOUNTY3000 and Julien Simmons. Snooz has also played at many renowned venues in the Netherlands including, Hotel Arena, OT301, Westerunie, Madam, Toffler, Nachbar and Mono.

Snooz is releasing a debut collaboration EP on a Rotterdam-based label before ADE, focusing on his more house-oriented taste. He’s also planning on further self-releasing music in the near future.

His aim is to further be a part of the growing community around UK sounds in the Netherlands and establish himself as a DJ and producer.
