Ryan O'Shaughnessy (US)

Ryan O'Shaughnessy is the founder of Medtronica, a hydration beverage built for electronic music. A percentage of every can sold goes back into the community — funding The Medtronica Foundation, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, alongside direct partnerships with mental health organizations serving the electronic music community.

Medtronica is currently on a European tour documenting what happens when financial barriers are removed, sponsoring a DJ from South America to tour Europe and access opportunities usually out of reach. Their work sits at the intersection of music, wellness, and the practical support that makes the scene sustainable for the people inside it.

The beverage launches in Miami this winter. Ryan’s favorite synth is the Korg MS-20 and he is not a DJ but a lover of music
