Ron van der Sterren (NL)

Until September 2010 he was part of VPRO’s popmagazine 3voor12 as a journalist, presentator, producer, researcher, project leader and community manager. For the Dutch documentary Op weg naar Stadskanaal he followed and filmed the band Zea for a year and as a producer came up with the series behind closed doors and community registrationplatform Film it yourself. As a Journalist he wrote numerous background stories about important pop-music related issues and reported important and big festivals like Lowlands, Motel Mozaique and Pinkpop. He also presented radioshow Dubbel Check and tv-show De gevestigde orde. As a reporter he made video portraits of many bands, including Voicst, Gem, Aux Raus and Fratellis.
