Robert Koch (NL)

What started with techno soon emerged in a preference for Industrial- and (Hard) Techno. Influenced by artists like Amok, Hackler & Kuch, Viper XXL (Manuel Orf), Vitalic and Manu le Malin, Stigmata, Mike Drama and the Horrorist, Robert started to develop his own unique style. Playing (Hard) Techno as (Hard) Techno has meant to be: dark, deep and dangerous. Next to his skills as a dj, Robert also started to improve his skills as a producer. Creating sounds that didn’t exist before and merging them in a deep groove of pumping bass became his specialty, he now does have a skill for more funky sounds. After all his hard work his dream finally came true. In 2013 Robert Koch had his first release on Mike Drama’s label: “Cannibal Society”. His sound could finally be shared with a bigger audience, opening new doors in to the scene. In 2015, Robert invited his friend to join him playing techno music, which ended up as now dj duo; RSTD.
