Andrea Rosen has built a career at the intersection of music, culture, technology, and entrepreneurship. As Berlin-based house music DJ and producer Androosh, she's built a reputation as an obsessive vinyl digger and storyteller behind the decks, performing at renowned clubs and festivals around the globe. Her music has been released on labels including the legendary Nervous Records and LAYERS, where she appears alongside some of house music's most respected artists.

Alongside her career as an artist, Andrea is Senior Portfolio Manager at Best Nights VC, the corporate venture capital arm of Jägermeister. Based in Berlin, she leads strategic partnerships between Jägermeister and a global portfolio of startups shaping the future of nightlife, hospitality, live entertainment, and consumer culture. Her work focuses on turning investment into real-world impact through commercial partnerships, consumer insights, and innovation at the intersection of technology and culture.

Before joining Best Nights VC, Andrea worked across both startups and venture capital, helping companies scale internationally, advising on innovation strategy, and serving as an expert evaluator for the European Commission's Horizon 2020 and EIC programs. She is a frequent speaker on the future of nightlife, music, startups, and innovation, having appeared at conferences including ADE, IMS, Sónar+D, and more.
