Christian and Alexander Berger, a decade-long exploring improvisation a sonic
dialogue born in Peru. Evolving through cultural exchange, experimentation and
live performances.

The brothers have develop a creative language built
on contrast and complementarity.

OBLQ emerged during a formative period for contemporary electronic music in
Peru. The underground scene led by 4Beats noticed their talent and signed
them for a series of events such as Summer Vibes, Rebel Rave (Crosstown
Rebels), Sungrooves. Sharing stage with artists like Nicolas Jaar, Damian
Lazarus, Dixon, Clive Henry among others.

The project later became part of a generation that helped shape the evolution
of the local live electronic scene through its transition into larger stages and

A defining milestone came in 2014, when OBLQ became the first Peruvian
electronic live act to perform on the Main Stage of Creamfields Peru, sharing
the stage with international artists including Deep Dish, David Guetta.
The performance marked an important moment for the visibility of live
electronic music in Peru and helped establish OBLQ as one of the country's
pioneering live acts.

independent artistic direction with 2 conceptual albums.

expand the presence of live electronic performance while remaining committed
to experimentation and artistic growth.

This journey led to an invitation from Amsterdam's Red Light Radio in 2018,
