Mouna Dif is a Senior Artist Manager at Kompass Music Group and co-founder and CEO ofQuality Goods Records, with over 20 years of experience in electronic music. She started out asa singer-songwriter across Acid Jazz, House and UK Garage, earning support from Diplo andShy FX, before moving to the business side to build the artist support structure she had gonewithout herself.

She runs her roster the way a CEO runs a company, working across branding and storytelling,creative direction, A&R, catalog building and long-term monetization so that every revenuestream is developed deliberately. Nothing is over-indexed on a single platform, and each artistsits in their own lane rather than being shaped to fit one formula. Working artists across marketsrather than out of a single home territory is her specialty. The roster reflects it: Australian Wavepioneer Skeler, Hong Kong-born Experimental Bass producer Saka, French Trap architect UZ,who also releases jazz and hip hop beats as Rose Noir, and French-American House artistAlastair Lane. Their releases and touring run across Europe, the UK, the US, Southeast Asia,China and Australia. On the sync side, her work has landed placements including the Rob &Chyna main theme and Celebrity Big Brother.

At Quality Goods Records she has broken artists including ATLiens, Jon Casey, Nitti Gritti andOski, several of whom went on to outgrow the label, and took the independent imprint to adistribution deal with Virgin Music/UMG six years in. Under her direction the label has toured theUS, Australia and Europe and sold out showcases at SXSW and ADE.
