Michael Discenza is a music executive, artist manager, and entrepreneur born and raised in Staten Island, New York. He is a Partner at Prime Culture, Global Director of Select Culture Agency, and Founder of Revival New York, overseeing artist management, international booking, and label operations.

He manages a roster of internationally recognized artists including Ben Sterling, Beltran, ChaseWest, KinAhau, LuSiD, and Ahmed Spins, while leading the global expansion of Select Culture Agency, with offices in Miami and Madrid.
