Leonore van den Ende (NL)
Leonore is a professor of Organizational Anthropology at VU Amsterdam, whose work is dedicated to exploring how cultural perspectives can foster change. She specializes in studying and facilitating transformation, particularly in projects, spaces, and events focused on innovation, experimentation, and sustainable transitions. In addition to academic research, she collaborates with practitioners and organizations to support change processes and mentors students as future change makers. Combining expertise in research, education, and consulting, Leonore is committed to integrating anthropological insights into organizational practices to co-create impactful and meaningful change.
