Leonore van den Ende (NL)
Dr. Leonore van den Ende (PhD) is an assistant professor and anthropologist working at the department of Organization Sciences at the Vrije Universiteit of Amsterdam. She applies anthropological theories and methods to research how change can be organized and mobilized with a focus on rituals, artifacts, spaces and stories that give meaning and make impact. Her aim in practice is to facilitate how diverse individuals and organizations - each with their own perspectives, intentions and practices - connect and interact with each other as they work together to fulfil a purpose or realize a vision. While she studies all kinds of collaborative projects and spaces for innovation, co-creation and transition, she has a keen professional and personal interest in rituals and festivals as contemporary transformational events for enacting change.
