Jumelage (NL)
Meet Jumelage, an Amsterdam-based DJ, producer, and house dancer with a deep passion for
sharing music that creates genuine connection on the dance floor. Celebrating a decade behind the decks, Jumelage is a curator of sonic journeys that stretch from the depths of '90s underground vinyl to the energy of modern club culture.
Drawing from a rich collection of soul-stirring house records, his sets seamlessly fuse slow-burning, jazz-infused grooves with driving baselines. But his relationship with house music goes beyond the booth. As an active house dancer, Jumelage approaches music from the ground up: his productions are crafted specifically for the body in motion, built on rhythms that speak directly to dancers. This innate understanding of physical movement allows him to create music and sets that honour the deep connection between the music and the floor.
For Jumelage, the dance floor is a shared space for collective joy, a continuous conversation
between the DJ and the dancers, both build the atmosphere together. Over the past 10 years, he has brought this collaborative spirit to spaces across the Netherlands, from intimate underground spots in Amsterdam to major festival stages. Whether creating in the studio or sharing music behind the decks, his focus remains simple: to contribute to welcoming, uplifting spaces where people can freely connect through dance.
