Johnny Pinchard (GB)

Johnny joined Believe in 2022 and leads the A&R team for the UK, his role focuses on signing and developing artists across artist services, labels and distribution. Johnny has been working in music for over 13 years across management & A&R. Prior to Believe he was most recently Senior A&R at Ministry of Sound records & RCA. He has worked across artists such as Snakehips, Kid Laroi, Kaytranada, MØ, Blanco, Sainte & Hayla.
