Mochakk (aka Pedro Maia) has been recognised as one of the leading electronic music talents to come out of Brazil. The artist quickly rose to international acclaim in 2023 with the release of ‘Jealous’ on Circoloco Records, which also put out Mochakk’s double-hitting EP‘Locomotiva Ibiza 2099 I & II’. Known for his production prowess, the genre-bending artist has released a variety of standout tracks, including ‘Da Fonk’ ft. Joni, which has passed 50 million streams. In 2025, he made a big debut on UK label Ninja Tune with the ‘From the Stars EP’, released an official remix of PinkPantheress’ ‘Noises’, and put out a double release on Disorder Records with ‘Legumes’ in collaboration with KWENGFACE and ‘Hypersilent’featuring JJ Fad.

Alongside his hard-hitting releases, Mochakk has played some of the world’s most prestigious venues and festivals, including Panorama Bar, Coachella, Circoloco Ibiza, Glastonbury, TimeWarp, Sunny Hill Festival, and Sónar. He is also part of the Circoloco family as a resident atDC-10 in Ibiza. His Mochakk Calling event series has sold out editions in major cities such as New York, Miami, London, Lisbon, and São Paulo, later expanding into the Mochakk Calling Festival in Malta in 2025, with headliners including Honey Dijon, Seth Troxler, and Mall Grab. Mochakk kicked off 2026 with a performance at CircoLoco in Thailand, headlined São Paulo’sAnniversary celebration, and performed on both weekends of Coachella. The artist will also host Mochakk Calling in Milan and in Barcelona for the first time, the latter as part of OFFSónar, with additional high-profile shows around the world to be announced.

Mochakk’s personal passions beyond electronic music have resulted in several successful projects by the artist. His popular Tricks & Tracks pop-ups connect skate culture with electronic music, while his capsule collection SORO Lab draws on his background in fashion through modular, tailored pieces released in limited drops. In addition, Mochakk is committed to supporting new electronic music talent from Brazil and contributing to the local scene. He co-owns OBLIQO, a nightclub and cultural space in his hometown of Sorocaba, Brazil, which hosted its first anniversary festival in 2025, as well as MOTRAXX, Mochakk’s revitalized labelfeaturing handpicked releases spotlighting the next generation of electronic music talent from Brazil and beyond.
