Hugo Schaap (NL)

I’ve been part of the 3FM music team since 2011 and am currently Head of Music. Compared to other radio stations, we play a lot of new and emerging music, always looking for the most relevant songs for our listeners (mainly 18 to 39-year-olds) in this fast-moving music scene. For emerging Dutch artists in particular, we have our 3FM Talent platform, but of course we’re also interested in international acts with the ambition to build bridges to new audiences.
