With over a decade of experience across different sides of the music industry, my perspective has been shaped by my background as a DJ, producer and music director. From performing local and international to developing creative partnerships and music industry activations, I've experienced the industry from both the creative and business side.

That background still strongly influences how I approach A&R today, helping turn early creative ideas into great music while developing distinctive artist identities and building sustainable careers. I'm particularly interested in where music, culture, data and emerging technology intersect, and how these can help us make smarter decisions in A&R, artist development and strategy. The strongest results come from combining insights and innovation with creative instinct, genuine relationships and a deep understanding of the artist.
