
Deron Delgado (US)
With nearly 20 years of experience in the Digital Music & Media environment in an entrepreneurial role, Deron Delgado has amassed an all-encompassing knowledge of music label management, digital distribution, licensing, artist development, event production, publishing, and music marketing strategies.
In 2004 he helped launch one of the world's first digital download music stores, Stompy.com. Deron's main area of expertise was the Director of Label Relations where he acquired an available catalog of over 1 million products and launched the careers of hundreds of unknown producers who went on to become world-class artists on major labels.
He continues his musical path as the Managing Director for the US-based sister company to Paradise Entertainment & Distribution, an independent digital music & video distributor based in Berlin with a portfolio of 1000+ labels and content providers in over three dozen countries.
His proven expertise also landed him the role of Label Manager at Mixmag's 2017 "Label of the Decade", DIRTYBIRD. Managing all the day-to-day responsibilities of the esteemed label and publishing company, Deron executes the vision of the musical trendsetter, as well as the Talent Buyer for all of Dirtybird’s in-house events and festivals, including Dirtybird Campout, Dirtybird BBQ Tour, Space Miami, and more.
