Dannii Maree Morris (DE)

Dannii is the founder and Artist Manager of Morris Management, a boutique management company built on the belief that great artist management starts with trust, collaboration and long-term commitment.

After spending more than a decade in the live music business and working as a tour manager, she moved into artist management in 2019 with a clear vision: to build the kind of management she always believed artists deserved. In 2023, she founded Morris Management, intentionally keeping the company small so every artist receives hands-on, personal support throughout every stage of their career.

Today, Dannii manages a carefully selected roster, including global dance artist Topic. Since taking over his management in 2020, she has helped guide one of Germany's most successful electronic music exports, whose music has generated billions of streams worldwide, including more than 6 billion streams across all platforms for "Breaking Me" alone, while reaching over 19 million monthly listeners on Spotify.

Working across strategy, creative development, touring, partnerships and international teams, Dannii believes the strongest careers are built by bringing the right people together, leaving ego at the door and creating an environment where artists can grow sustainably over the long term.
