Constantin Koehncke (DE)

Constantin Köhncke is the CEO of Image-Line the company behind FL Studio – one of the world’s most widely used music creation platforms. Since becoming CEO in 2022, he has led a significant expansion of FL Studio’s global reach, doubling the number of engaged users while evolving the platform beyond a traditional DAW into a broader creative ecosystem. This includes the launch and scaling of FL Cloud — integrating sounds, plugins, mastering, distribution, and AI-powered workflows — as well as the expansion into browser-based creation through FL Studio Web.

Constantin is particularly focused on how emerging technologies such as AI can empower human creativity rather than replace it. He has overseen the introduction of a number of AI-powered features and workflows designed to help more people start making music, stay engaged with the process, and lower barriers to creativity.

Previously, Constantin spent more than a decade at Native Instruments in a range of leadership roles, ultimately serving as CEO. A former DJ and music journalist, his career has consistently centered around making music creation more accessible, inspiring, and culturally impactful. He splits his time between Berlin and Los Angeles.
