Carloalberto Cavallotti is Senior A&R and Creative at Sirup Publishing & Entertainment, working across publishing and management with artists including Nora En Pure, EDX, Altera and Mike Candys. With a decade of experience in management, publishing and A&R, he has been named four times in Midance’s Top 100 Most Influential People in Italy’s electronic and dance scene, and has spoken at XP Music Futures in Riyadh and Milano Music Week. At Sirup he connects writers and artists to the catalogue, shapes creative direction and follows projects from the first conversation through to a release and a publishing or management path. At ADE he meets artists, managers and writers looking for publishing, A&R feedback or a longer-term home inside an independent company.
