Cameron Cox (US)

Cameron Cox is the Senior Manager of Artist & Label Relations and Electronic Lead at SoundCloud. In this role, at the intersection of artists, labels, and platform innovation, he develops partnerships and programs that help creators connect with fans while driving growth across the electronic music community and beyond. Cameron manages the relationships of SoundCloud’s key partners, spanning all 3 major labels as well as independent label groups.

Over the past decade, Cameron has built a well-rounded career across nearly every facet of the music business, with experience across A&R, Label Relations, Commercial Partnerships, and Industry Relations. This cross-functional background allows him to bridge the needs of artists, managers, and labels, creating opportunities that deliver value for both creators and their audiences.

At SoundCloud, Cameron has been instrumental in developing and launching artist-first initiatives that empower creators to engage their communities in new ways. He played a key role in bringing SoundCloud's Remix Competition experience to life, helping emerging and established artists alike activate their fan bases through creative participation. He has led campaigns and contests with globally recognized artists including John Summit, Subtronics, Jauz, Big Gigantic, Marshmello, and many others, while also championing opportunities for rising talent to reach new audiences.

With a comprehensive background in music production, Cameron approaches the industry from a creator's perspective. He is passionate about building experiences and partnerships that remove barriers for artists, strengthen fan relationships, and create meaningful moments that extend beyond traditional music marketing.
