Entrepreneur Alex Hes started organizing smaller club nights in Amsterdam at a young age, which has now grown into festivals with over 100,000 visitors across 20 countries.


At the age of 22, Alex made the step to international events, organizing an all-summer event called Don't Let Daddy Know at the world's biggest club Privilege in Ibiza. Some of E&A Events' brands include Don't Let Daddy Know, Kingsland Festival, Valhalla Festival, TIKTAK, the Martin Garrix shows during ADE, Summerpark Festival, Parels van de Stad, Overwinteren Festival & more.


Alex’s events organization organises Martin Garrix's annual ADE shows and gave Martin Garrix his first international bookings in Ibiza in 2012. E&A Events also works with other big artists such as Don Diablo, Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano, and Nicky Romero. The event company is known for organizing multiple events simultaneously in various cities, such as at Kingsland Festival or TIKTAK New Years Eve in the Netherlands.
