Abstract (NL)

Hailing from Breda, The Netherlands, ABSTRACT has spent years shaping his own corner of drum & bass. Deep rollers, tech driven rhythms, dark atmospheres and enough movement underneath to keep things from ever standing still.

His roots run through the local Breda scene, where years behind the decks and in the studio gradually turned into something much bigger.

In 2025, ABSTRACT landed his four track Malfunction EP on Nymfo’s Love For Low Frequencies, featuring Malfunction, Scorcher, Gibberish and the Freddy B collaboration Diggin.

That was followed by Subterranean, a collaboration with long time friend TER3NCE released through Yamatai Records, before taking things in another direction in 2026 with his drum & bass rework of CIELO & 4TYDAN’s Belong To You.

The sound has travelled beyond the Netherlands too.From representing in England for Overview, to multiple appearances for The Hive Budapest. Including their 1985 Music takeover alongside Alix Perez, Halogenix and Visages, and most recently their 10th anniversary alongside DLR, Monty and Subtension.

What started in Breda is slowly finding its way into rooms further from home. And now it lands here.
