Matt Black combines a background in science and computing with the arts. He is half of the multimedia group Coldcut, founders of the Ninja Tune label. Since 1988, he has created music and A-V works that centre activism and built instruments like Jamm. He has worked with artists from The Fall via Queen Latifah to Brian Eno and also performs and lectures.
Matt's stated ambition is to 'create positive art, music and spiritual technology that blow the minds of the entire planet and advance cooperation'.
