Pupkulies & Rebecca feat. Tibau are back!
In 2023, they want to take up this special project again musically and also give the grown fan community the chance of a concert visit. They met again in March - but this time Sepp and Tibau came to visit Janosch and Rebecca to develop new songs in the studio. And once again, the meeting produced energetic, driving music, which they will now release as singles throughout the year. In October, the four want to go on tour again with their danceable Afro Chanson House.
The album "Tibau", named after their Cape Verdean friend, was recorded in spring and released the same year. The production process on Cabo Verde is accompanied by a film team and the result "Momento" celebrates its premiere in November in the sold-out Kino International in Berlin. After an already very intensive festival summer, they start their first joint tour with Tibau in October, which brings them to more than 20 renowned concert halls and clubs all over Europe until mid-December. Many more concerts follow, artists like Acid Pauli & Nu reinterpret the songs and numerous compilations pick up the music - most recently Guts on the sampler "Straight from the Decks Vol. 2".To this day, their special blend of organic house and driving Cape Verdean music has a steadily growing fan community, which has led to 21 million streams of the album on Spotify alone since 2015.

The first huge waves of artists for ADE 2023 have been revealed but more events and artists will still be announced. You can expect the full line-up mid-September.
