Right place, right time
Last year, we introduced a pilot that displays Festival access for Pro Pass Holders. We're taking our events dashboard to the next level this ADE by fully launching the ADE Festival Access Map. We're thrilled to announce that all participating Festival venues will be displayed on the dashboard this year. That means that over two hundred venues will show live monitoring of their accessibility, providing you with a real-time overview of where you can walk right in.
The results from our pilot show that 90% of last year's events were easily accessible for Pro Pass Holders. The map guided Conference visitors to places where the doors were wide open. Navigating where to go after a day full of panels and networking sessions will be smoother this year with more venues on the detailed map. Next to the dashboard leaving its pilot phase, we've also significantly increased the number of Pro Pass Hosts, your friendly face at the door. Our hosts are here to ensure your arrival is hassle-free and can be your go-to person for any questions, making you feel supported and cared for throughout your ADE experience.
Exclusive live experiences
Besides the three Business Hubs overlooking the canals, we aim to make exclusive live experiences for our network of music professionals a staple of the ADE Pro Conference. Next to participating in our full Conference programme, you'll be able to witness unique and one-off showcases and performances. Last year, Max Cooper showcased 'Foundational Aesthetics', a one-off masterclass and audiovisual performance at the heart of ADE, Felix Meritis. This captivating performance was a deep dive into the producer's mind, taking visitors on a multi-sensory journey.
Felix Meritis was also the home of the Secret Artists in Residence, culminating in a live performance by Lady Starlight, Colin Benders, and Steve Rachmad. They treated their audience to a four-hour-long live jam session that kept reaching new heights, exclusively for ADE Pro Pass Holders. We will reveal the live experiences for ADE 2024 soon.
