Het Weekend

Het Weekend

In fitting fashion, it is one of De School’s longest running concepts which rounds out its final ADE: Het Weekend. Running continuously from Saturday evening-Monday morning, the final ADE installment of the weekender will see performances from a host of high-profile DJs—many of whom can be counted towards the club’s ‘regulars/residents’ list, past and present—across two days. It is also an especially expansive edition, at certain points opening the building up from Club, to De Lasserij, to Cafe.

By inviting artists such as Anz, Ben Klock, Cinnaman, Surgeon & Jurango, Shanti Celeste & Fafi Abdel Nour, Konduku & livwutang, mad miran and Talismann, programmer Sezin Ayranci aims to connect new and old, bringing in old residents, new regulars, and faces familiar as new—allowing for De School’s final ADE to come full circle.

Sunday’s programme will also feature a takeover of one of the spaces by radio station and platform Refuge Worldwide, as well as popup natural wine bar from Restaurant DS.
