How can festivals transform their need for fossil fueled energy into future proof renewable energy? This panel will inspire the industry about the future of energy at festivals, and will dive into three best-practices for renewable energy solutions.

We kick off this program with futurist and energy pioneer Arash Aazami. He will take us to the future and share his vision for mobile renewable energy.

Over the past decade, the renewable energy transition in festival industries across the world has taken off. Maarten van ‘t Veld will share how Mysteryland shifted from fossil to renewables through collaborations with the City Council and a local energy cooperation. Tijl Couzy tells you all about ‘hot swapping’ batteries during a 4-day camping festival; and Xtina Chu will showcase her mini-grid at Burning Man which generated 8 days of renewable energy for one camp.

Join us at the Felix Meritis for the full ADE Pro programme. The conference is set to be extended by an additional day, taking place from ADE Wednesday to Saturday. Just down the road the prestigious Andaz Amsterdam by Hyatt Hotels is transformed to a buzzing network & business hub from Wednesday to Friday.

ADE LAB

ADE Lab returns with a four-day programme from ADE Wednesday to Saturday at the Brakke grond and many more venues around the Amsterdam Nes area.

We do not sell ADE Conference only or Day Passes. The only way to get access to the ADE Pro Conference is the ADE Pro Pass.

Our conferences are accessible for all ages in general. Do note that when alcoholic beverages are served, access can be denied.
