If you’re after new ways to make your event, festival or business more sustainable, then be sure not to skip this part of ADE Green. Using the festivals’ flexible water and energy grids as testing grounds, Innofest invites green entrepreneurs and innovative medium and small businesses to test their new products at real, working festival sites. The five most promising startups of 2022 with the goal of festival sustainability have been selected to present their innovations at ADE Green.
This year’s innovations include:
1. circular organic waste removal by Bokashi
2. mobile power supply without any emissions by Watermeln
3. integrated solar panels in building fences by Solar Carpet
4. non-picky recycling machine by Uppact
5. an online service to verify ingredients with blockchain technology by The Blockchain Burger
The start-ups were picked from the Innofest alumni database for their relevance to the largest issues the festival sector wishes to tackle. They’re all ready-to-go-innovations, with a test record to prove it. So walk in, meet their makers and start making an impact at your event! Or, if you are an innovator yourself, feel free to stop by! Maybe Innofest can help you out with testing in 2023.
