This talk will discuss the importance of diversifying a dance label. Sydney Blu will talk about her 23by23 initiative and the importance of signing women, trans and non-binary artists to record labels. We will discuss how more female and gender non-conforming producers can get singed and how this will have a ripple effect throughout the industry.
