The Sounds Of Blackness Return's to ADE, our event in opposition to racism is talking ADE by storm for now over 10 years (2012 - 2022). The Sounds Of Blackness Canal Cruise with Silent Disco to enjoy the incredible view on Amsterdam magical city of lights, old houses and small bridges. A cruise to relax after a busy day at ADE or before going to the biggest club and festival locations.
We will celebrate black artists in the electronic music industry, from the time of Disco to Techno, black men and women have been fighting for equal rights. They have a story to share and history to remember. Their roots in the music industry are clear. The American pioneers when it comes to electronic music, Acid house, techno from Detroit to the legendary house music from NYC.
With The Sounds Of Blackness we have nurtured this very BLACK soulful house party idea into a night dedicated to Black electronic music culture, roots and heritage. All S.O.B. DJs are Black djs from various nationalities. Each has made their own mark in today's music industry.
