What’s Next: an interesting conversation between a young professional at the beginning of his / her career and a more seasoned professional in the same work field. On what were their first career steps, initial struggles, errors and first successes, the (rapid) change of the industry, what they’ve learned along the way, the biggest fuckups etc. and how to have a sustainable career. This session has a main focus on the management side of the industry.

Mickster management is a creative artist & event management company based in Hilversum lead by MickeIle Heijmans, representing Lucas & Steve, Joe Stone, Dastic & Alon Dreesde. In 2018 Mickelle decided to start her own company and Mickster Management was born. Her initial relationship with Spinnin’ Records gave her the opportunity to work with a whole range of talent like: Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, Kris Kross Amsterdam, Lucas & Steve and more. Whether it’s thinking about strategic plans, organizing an events, bringing up creative ideas, day-to-day management, Mickster Management takes care of it all.

James Bullock opened The Wild Seeds, a management company for leading creative artists in electronic music, intent on establishing space to nurture talent; develop responsible, generous leaders; and make projects that move people and grow culture. The roster includes Max Cooper, Derrick Carter, Guy Andrews.
