No matter if they admit it or not, the civilization will spiral into a self-destruction if they don’t unite and take immediate action.
Born two decades ago out of a need to change its own society, and after working on numerous humanitarian and environmental projects ever since, including hosting one of the leading life-protecting activists from the Standing Rock tribe on its Main Stage, EXIT Festival is launching its biggest environmental project to this date: the Life Stream.
Next year, on EXIT's big 20th anniversary, the live stream of performances will be put into a purpose with one paramount goal: to preserve life on the planet. Planet will be fine, they won’t.
With your help, they will call the world leaders and people everywhere to take immediate action, while also helping relevant organisations raise donations and make a difference.
Join them at the Amsterdam Dance Event 2019 in a launch of the first ever Life Stream at the Faralda Crane Hotel, an old harbor crane, a symbol of the destruction of nature, symbolically overtaken and now repurposed as a dancefloor, sustainable living space and, for this occasion, a world-wide emergency broadcast tower.
In the DJ booth they have the honor of having the leading breakthrough DJ duo ARTBAT whose sound will be the perfect soundtrack to the footage of Earth and its rich life, both unspoiled and devastated, beautiful and harmed. Also playing will be some Balkan talents such as Andrew Meller, After Affair, Coeus and DJ Jock.
