Closing Keynote: A new Narrative of Sustainability

It's hard to think of a better way of closing a day at ADE Green than a keynote speech from Mac Macartney – someone whose genius is to create new narratives of sustainability.

This is a vital addition to all the practical discussions of industry mechanics and the nuts and bolts of recycling and resource narrative – it's a session about vision. Whatever your role or position in the industry, this is something that absolutely anyone will be able to benefit from. This will be a point in the conference where we can all come together and look forward to a world at peace with itself. A world where we are all connected. A just, peaceful and sustainable world.

It goes without saying now that we live in extraordinary times – but of course, a time of turbulence is also in a time of great opportunity. Please accept this invitation to discover what you deeply and profoundly love. Because true sustainability speaks to the soul of everything we care for. This is an invitation to action. To come together and participate in helping our earth, our world, our society, become the one that we want.

Mac is an international speaker, writer, and change-maker. Mentored by indigenous people over many years, he has acquired profound and original insights into questions preoccupying many contemporary leaders. Mac seeks to encourage the emergence of the leader in each of us: the leader who will take courageous action for a better world. We are sure Mac's understanding and expression will make you feel that the time is right to put all of your competence and brilliance towards the pursuit of what you truly love: that better future.
