30 YEARS ADE is officially on the horizon. Take an early look at the first ADE Festival events shaping this year’s anniversary edition, or revisit some of the most talked-about sets from last year. Let the anticipation for festival season begin. Consider this your warm-up!

First announcements & most memorable live moments

The first confirmations for 30 YEARS ADE already sketch out the range of this year’s program. Jean-Michel Jarre joins the line-up as guest of honor with an opening concert at AFAS Live and a keynote at ADE Pro. KI/KI makes her Ziggo Dome debut with a five-hour headline show, while David Guetta brings his ‘Monolith’ concept to Johan Cruijff ArenA for AMF. Josh Baker steps up to AFAS Live for an extended set, and Kybba joins Metropole Orkest at Melkweg, continuing their long-running collaboration. At the same time, Dave Clarke returns to Melkweg with Dave Clarke Presents, marking 21 editions at ADE with a special program that reflects the past, present, and future of electronic music.

In a deep end of the spectrum, hidden between cables and colored tape, Speedy J and the STOOR community return to Paradiso. What began as an open-ended studio session has developed into a two-day gathering built around live improvisation, shared setups, and a close connection between artists and audience. This year, contributors include JakoJako, Lady Starlight, UFO95, Donato Dozzy, James Ruskin, Mark Broom, and Wallis. STOOR opens the door to some of the most memorable live moments and recordings from last year’s edition.

Sarkawt Hamad @ CODA (Ratherlost X PAX-ROMANA)

Deepness, softness, groove: Sarkawt Hamad brought it all during CODA, hosted by Ratherlost and PAX-ROMANA. This returning event at Lofi brings out all the heads, the connoisseurs who know what depth in music means.

CARISTA at ZeeZout

As ZeeZout puts it: CARISTA at Het Concertgebouw was one of those moments where everything clicked: the room, the sound, the timing. Subtle, powerful, and completely locked in.

Curious to read more about ZeeZout and their vision? Read this interview with the team, expressing why indepence means everything to them.

Cobahn – Ambient Meditation at ADE x 750: ZERØBPM

Inside De Thomaskerk, the focus moved away from rhythm and toward space, where sound stretched out and time felt less defined. Cobahn offered a contribution that leaned into stillness without losing intensity. The set held a certain weight, drawing from the same instinct that shapes her club performances, while allowing it to breathe in a more open, meditative context.

As part of a 39.5-hour continuous program guided by Bruno Sitton, moments like this defined ZERØBPM’s ADE marathon.

bullet tooth @ Into the Woods ADE

At Into the Woods, bullet tooth brought a sense of urgency to the forest setting. His set moved through UK garage, breaks, and bass-heavy rhythms with a direct, physical energy, cutting through the elements and pulling the crowd along with it.

There’s a rawness to the masked artist’s selections that translates easily to an open-air environment. It’s a set that reflects his fast rise, grounded in UK club sounds while adapting to larger, unpredictable spaces.

Emvae & Moxes at DGTL ADE 2025

At DGTL, Emvae and Moxes met in a set that leaned fully into the dance floor. Their recording moves through house in different forms, from warm, groove-led moments to more high-energy stretches.

There’s a shared instinct in how they build momentum. The set is shaped around connection, where energy moves back and forth between booth and crowd.
