Will is MD of Exponential Advisory Partners who help the World’s leading Music/Tech companies create impactful partnerships, launch new products and grow existing businesses.

Exponential work with everyone across the music ecosystem from Abbey Road Red, The BPI, BIMM, Epidemic Sound, Unison Rights, Tickets For Good, Who Sampled, WaveTick and beyond.

As an executive, advisor and founder Will has worked with companies including Shazam, LyricFind, Dynamic Music and Musiio helping create a total market capitalisation of >$600m and been involved in multiple exits to Apple, BMG, SoundCloud and others. Will is also a Board Trustee of the Music & Life Skills charity, Brass For Africa.

Will is an experienced public speaker on music/technology, having keynoted and moderated at events such as SXSW, Cannes Lions, Sonar and many others. He’s also co-inventor of patented sync technology used in Shazam and is also a writer/producer of music.
